VICTORY HALL SPECIFICATION
ENTRANCE FOYER
There are double entrance doors leading to the foyer, with a store room, disabled toilet, and storage for tables. Double doors from the foyer lead to the main hall and other areas.
The floors are flat and easily accessible for the disabled.
ANNEXE (Approximately 9m x 4m)
This could be used as a separate meeting room or as a refreshments area for large functions. There is a servery bar with a sink, and access to the kitchen.
There is a door leading down steps to the patio area and rear garden.

KITCHEN
The Kitchen is fully fitted with adequate work surfaces, electric oven/hob, kettles and a microwave oven/grill with a range of crockery and cutlery.
There is a serving area open to the main hall with a pull down blind, and access to the annexe via the servery bar.

​EMERGENCY EXITS
These are the main entrance, in the Main Hall, Annexe and Toilet corridor.
MAIN HALL (Approximately 12m x 8m)
This is a large area with a maximum seating capacity of 120 people.
There is a raised stage which has a simple but effective lighting system and a 6m frontage. It has rich closing curtains and side areas for storage.
Off the main hall is a kitchen and an annexe, and a toilet corridor with separate ladies and gents.
TOILET AREA
A corridor from the main hall leads to separate Ladies and Gents toilets with all facilities.
There is an emergency exit door in the corridor.

CAR PARK
To the front and sides of the hall there is a fully tarmaced drive with marked parking spaces.
​
GARDEN
At the rear of the hall is a lawned/paved area surrounded by trees, large enough to accommodate the capacity of the main hall area, and is used by many people to extend their enjoyment of the hall.
EQUIPMENT/SERVICES
Included in the hire of the hall are the use of the following:-
Tables and chairs to a maximum capacity of 120 people
Hot and cold water services to all areas
Crockery and cutlery.
Cooker, kettles, microwave, tea pots in the kitchen
